Measuring International Skilled Migration: New Estimates Controlling for Age of Entry

The authors aim to improve 'brain drain,' or skilled emigration, data sets by taking into account whether migrants to OECD countries attained their education or training in the home or destination country by using age at emigration as the determining factor. There is a literature review that references other similar studies for those with further interest. The data and calculations are listed in a succint, easy to follow format.
