How sensitive are estimates of working children and child labour to definitions?

This UNICEF paper discusses Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys (MICS) and their positive impact on ensuring data collection on women and children in low to middle income countries or helping countries measure attainment of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). While explaining the development process and accomplishments of MICS, the paper does not offer explicit instructions for completing these surveys. However, it does offer an extensive list of relevant training tools and manuals that users may wish to procure for themselves.
