The Expert Group on Refugee and IDP Statistics (EGRIS)

Mandated by the UN Statistical Commission (UNSC), the EGRIS has developed International Recommendations on Refugee Statistics (IRRS) as well as a Technical Report on Statistics on IDPs. Both documents are to be formally submitted for adoption to the UNSC' 49th session in March 2018. The Expert Groups counts on high involvement from national authorities, international statistical organisations and other technical experts.
